I had the privilege of working with Tim during my tenure with Visions Technology. As the book editor, I worked closely with Tim as he created amazing book covers complete with fabulous computer graphics and brief author biographies. I had the opportunity to work with Tim for over 12 years at Visions where I was in charge of product development. I found him to be a very conscientious, dedicated colleague with great graphic design skills. It was Tim's responsibility to develop front and back covers for all book and software packages produced by Visions. This involved interfacing with the authors, Visions management, and printing services. He is able to listen carefully to the input given, point out and discuss potential issues and problems, and then create a quality set of materials for the product. Patience is a virtue, and that is something that Tim has!
In addition, Tim was responsible for creating all of the catalogs, advertisements, product introduction flyers, and related material for Visions marketing. Often under deadlines and last minute updating situations, Tim never failed to come through with the needed materials.
